You’ll work with a care team made up of a nurse, pharmacist, and dietitian who specialize in diabetes management and tailor their support and recommendations to your specific needs. No more sitting on hold with your doctor’s office or juggling multiple patient portals.
Regular check-ins.
Every quarter, you'll meet with your nurse to review your diabetes testing results, assess any side effects, and evaluate your medication effectiveness. If necessary, they'll connect you with one of our dietitians or pharmacists to help you overcome any challenges you're experiencing.

Your pharmacist is your first point of contact and remains your resource for medication expertise. They can ensure that your treatment plan is safe and effective.
Your pharmacist creates practical medication schedules tailored to your daily routine, helps troubleshoot side effects, identifies opportunities to optimize your therapy, and coordinates with your healthcare team to ensure all aspects of your medication management support your diabetes goals.
Your nurse.
Once you establish care with your pharmacist, your nurse becomes your primary point of contact throughout the program. An expert in diabetes management, your nurse will guide you, conduct quarterly check-ins, and coordinate additional support from the pharmacist and dietitian as needed.

Your registered dietitian.
A registered dietitian will assess your lifestyle and work with you to develop a personalized nutrition and exercise plan. They can suggest dietary changes to help manage GI symptoms like nausea and bloating.
They will regularly review your progress and make adjustments to achieve your wellness goals. They will cover eating habits, exercise routines, energy levels, food anxieties, and digestive health.
Please note: Your care team does not replace your doctor. They will provide support and coordinate care with your doctor when needed.

This program is for Rightway members who are prescribed diabetes medications or testing supplies and are covered by an eligible plan sponsor. Our pharmacy team can confirm your eligibility via chat in our app or over the phone.
How do I stay enrolled?
To keep your Care Complete benefits active, simply check in with us once per quarter in the Rightway app so we can keep your health goals on track.
What medications are supported?
All diabetes medications, test strips, lancets, lancing devices, syringes, pen needles, and continuous glucose monitors are covered by the program.
Is there a cost for the program?
Care Complete Diabetes is included in your Rightway benefits at no additional cost. In fact, many medications and testing supplies may be eligible to have their copays waived.
