Will my deductible or out-of-pocket maximum change for the upcoming plan year?
No. Your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum will remain the same for the upcoming plan year.
What changes are being made to the specialty prescription benefits for Silver and Gold plans?
The cost structure for specialty medications is changing to the following.
Silver Plan: You will pay your deductible first, then 20% coinsurance for specialty medications.
Gold Plan: You will pay 20% coinsurance for specialty medications (no deductible required).
Which glucose meter brands will be covered under the plan starting in 2026?
Beginning in 2026, Tyson will cover both Accu-Chek and FreeStyle glucose meters and supplies. To learn more about how to get a free meter, team members can refer to the flyers available in the “Forms and important documents” section of the site.
