We built a model grounded in transparency, accountability, and putting members first. Today, our care navigation and pharmacy benefits help members get the right care, when and where they need it. All while reducing spend across healthcare’s biggest cost drivers: hospitals, provider services, and prescription drugs.

Our story.

Rightway was founded on a simple but powerful idea: navigating healthcare should be easier, smarter, and more personal.

Our co-founder and CEO, Jordan Feldman, grew up with a unique perspective. His father, Dr. Ted Feldman, was a cardiologist. Having expert clinical guidance at his side showed Jordan firsthand how transformative the right advice can be when it comes to health.

Together, Jordan and Dr. Feldman set out to level the playing field. They built Rightway to give every member access to the right information, guidance, and support. The result: better health decisions and a simpler care experience.
